Who said anything about without consent? I certainly didn't....but its not a case of LETTING....and actually we have been together for 22 years married and 4 years before that so totally with you on the being part of eachother business but I don't have to LET him and he doesn't have to LET me. Sorry....I do not expect my partner to ever tell me what I can and cannot do and I wouldn't tell him either. If either of us makes a decision which the other is unhappy with we tell eachother. Simple as that. This is the case in all aspects of life. Not just sex.
