funks I eat museli (dorset cereals are the best) with raspberries & natural yoghurt for brekky each morning & it fills me up till about 1 or 2pm! :lickface:
Salad & chicken or fish for lunch, fruit for afternoon snack keeps me going till din dins.
'sall about the slow release energy foods not the high sugar, high fat that sends you high & makes you feel good for a short period then crashing later on - tired, sluggish & hungry again.

thats no good funky, I tell you I got duped too!
had a few messages between wot I thought was a lovely lady & went on m s n to chat more and all I got was spam! She said there were my pics from sp & messages that I'd sent on and to see them you had to login to this dodgy 'similar look to page to see it. I'm a bit skeptical at the best of times so didn't log in. Was so disappointed! Thing is I've only just set up and don't have any pics or links to sp so dunno how she claims they got there!
I'm a bit more wary now & sad!
