Recently it has come to our attention that some members are either not aware, or object to some of the rules on this site. May we remind everyone that as part of the terms of joining the site you agree to abide by the rules and regulations. These are easily found by clicking on the appropriate link on the left hand side of the home page or before you enter the chatroom.
Some members think that as sp is an adult swinging site then they are free to do as they please. We would like to refresh members of some of the rules and why they are here. The following rules are not debatable, non-negotiable and breaking of these rules will result in punishment according to the severity of the offence.
1. NO MINORS ON CAM - this should be self-explanatory. This is an adult site and whilst we endeavour to remove troublemakers etc we cannot be held accountable for members sexual preferences. We act within the law and with the best interests of the child(ren). DRUGS AT ALL - meaning no references to recreational drugs including viagra, no taking any recreational drugs on cam, and if a mod feels that a member in the room is under the influence and is disrupting the room then that member can be asked to log out. CAM DIRECTING - the shows on cams are there to be enjoyed by everyone. The members who go on cam do it for their own pleasure and are free to do as they please (within boundaries!) so please do not spoil it for everyone else. ACCOUNTS - a member must be in control of their account at all times. They must not allow anyone else to log in on the account. Members account security is their own concern. Whether in chatroom or on cam, if another member, or non-member is on that account and cannot show the account holder is there, or in the case of a member will not log in under their own username, then the account(s) can be suspended indefinitely. ADDRESSES/EMAIL ADDYS - this is for your own safety. If you wish to pass your email address, or personal information such as address and telephone number, then please whisper it and ensure that it does not become visible in open room. However advertising other web sites on sp is prohibited.
6. NO CAPS IN ROOM - this is rude. It is considered as shouting and can be unpleasant when others are chatting in the chatroom. - again, this is rude to other members. We understand that the odd expletive can escape in a moment of excitement, however if it is constant and it is not toned down despite being asked by a mod or another member then a time out from the room can be applied.
8. ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR - harrassing members either by mail, whisper, in open chat or in the forums will not be tolerated and the offender will be dealt with immediately. ON CAMS - occassionally if we cannot see a member clearly on cam we will ask for the to make themselves more visible. This is to ensure that it is the account holder. If we do not get any response or that person refuses to comply then we can remove that account from the room.
Can we also remind everyone that the mods do this job in their own time and are here to help, not spoil the fun. If you are having problems or are unsure of anything, please come to us-we dont bite! Sometimes it may seem that we are acting harshly and we always get members questioning why. Please be assured that a lot more goes on behind the scenes and applying punishment to an account is a last resort, resolution is always our 1st goal. We are also members who like to enjoy the site. However, harrassing a mod will also not be tolerated. If you feel you have been unfairly treated then please mail admin, who will look at your complaint.
Finally, we like to hear members views. If there is a rule you consider 'petty' and you would like us to have another look at it the please let us know. However if it is anything about one of the above rules then that request will be thrown out immediately!!

Fluffs guys.... not sure what I've missed but c'mon.. you're soo much better than the person(s) who have started summat nasty and hurtful. It would be a real shame to let such a brainless soul spoil your enjoyment... clearly this is the majority opinion.

A thread to name people who have 'in your opinion' been timewasters, etc would never work.... imagine how easy it would be to ruin someone's reputation by naming them if you had a grudge against them - it would then be very difficult for the named party to prove they are genuine if other members would continue to view them with mistrust.
Or even if you could not make a meet due to an emergency etc... would the person(s) you were meeting believe you? Or would you find yourself next on the dreaded blacklist?
What I'm reiterating - and others have said the same - is that 1 persons perception of a 'genuine' swinger is so varied from another person's. The most important part of a swinging lifestyle is TRUST. You have to have this self trust within you, not depend on someone else's opinion of someone.
That said, if you do find a member of sp who are not what they say they are ie:singles posing as couples, etc then report it. Action will then be taken.

Can I just say that as a single female on here I should NOT 'have' to expect the shitty messages and obnoxious idiots who post mail time and again in my box... if I say no once then why do they think if they keep on and try a different tactic then I'll change my mind?
True.. I agree that single males get all the crap while women are whiter than white and we all know that this isn't always the case - but in all honesty the complaints are usually about the men so there is a reason this is the common thread of thinking.
And finally, I'm sorry but I do have to agree that while you have the right to speak as you think and have brought up a valid point, it really is not for you to judge why people join this site. All members have their diffeent reasons and circumstances and as I have always said, each to their own as long as it doesn't infringe on the pleasure and experience of other members.
Having said all that, sometimes my mailbox does give me a good giggle - and for the record to anyone who may think of mailing me... I really dont care how big/small your cock is so dont think it impresses me in the slightest!!! :doh:

Drink and encouragement do not make good swingers ..... I agree totally with pleasures. To swing as a couple you need to have a good and strong relationship with no hint of jealousy or insecurity whatsoever.. do you know these couples marriages well enough?
And if it all goes wrong, not only do they have the potential fallout of their relationships to sort out, you may also lose some good friendships.
Is it really worth chancing it just for sex? Be upfront, mention it if you really want to (unless they already know) and guage their reactions. It's not worth risking so much for a few games...

Yes, contrary to the general opinion we are all friendly NORMAL people.(well..some of us lol).
Best way to get to know people on here is to pop in the chatroom - it can be daunting and I wont lie, the first few times you may not get much of a conversation going with people. But that can be the best way as you get to understand the culture and nature of the chat. Some things are no-go areas ( directing people in cams is a def no-no _ and offensive chatter wil get you booted out. But dont let that put you off please!
You will find that as a single male on here it will be harder to get noticed purely because of sheer numbers of single males that we have onsite. It can take time and perseverance but it is well worth it.

Seriously sudsy hun.. I hope this doesn't stop you being you and that it wont even enter your head when attending anymore socials. You have always been one of the most respectful men on this site, I've never heard a bad word said about you or ever had any reason to warn you.
If the person(s) concerned couldn't have expressed a feeling of being uncomfortable at the time then I wouldn't worry too much about it. Thats the problem with this site sometimes - 1 word can set off a whole string of chinese whispers.
As for my sweetie mad's suggestion that the complaint may really have been lack of interest? ...possible. At the moment I'm getting quite a few rumblings that jealousy is causing some problems between members. Swinging is so not the right place for jealousy so if that the reason this story is rippling around then those concerned need to think if they are actually in the right place.

Babysitting problems.. the perennial problem lol .... me and chip know there's little chance of someone willing (and stupid!) to look after 3 children overnight so we have come to a decision that we take it in turns to attend socials etc. Sadly yes it does mean that we cannot go out as a couple very often but we also can't see why we both have to miss out on certain things. I too am the same as regards to my childrens safety and security and would rather stay at home than worry if they're ok. I make no apologies for it, I wouldn't be a mam if I didn't care, and if anyone feels that my kids will ever get in the way of a shag then they can :censored:

Been deciding whether to say anything on this old chestnut...... have probably said it before somewhere...... all I can say is that a) whatever preference people have on this site is so totally their own business and is of no concern to anyone else why that decision had been reached .. and b) maybe some single guys should swap places with us fems and couples and wait to see what constantly arrives in their mailbox (as has been shown on this very thread lol). It would then be of little surprise that single males are treated very warily.
Sad as it may be that males are all tarred with the same brush initially, unfortunately time and time again it has been proved to be true. I am all for singles, both male and females, having the right to have as much fun as couples but what I am against is members having to justify their choice. It isn't about shaking things up, if a couple suddenly decide that they want to introduce a single male to their bed, floor, car back seat-whatever! - then I'm sure they know where to look!!!
