As many will know we do go into the chat room quite a lot during the day. Unless our children are away at school or some other activity we never cam, and its very rare we check out the other cams on show unless it is people we know.
Can i just say for the record that we dont sit here all day just pulling one off or playing with ourselfs - and we dont always want to see you doing the same.
So if you ask us to view your cam - then at least tell us why - and if we say no dont take it personally we are just protecting our children.

Agreed. There's nothing wrong with putting yourself on cam and letting people decide for themselves if they want to watch you. If 2 people want to form a private room and enjoy some cam fun together, then that's cool too.
But to sit there begging for people to watch you does sound pretty desperate!!

Totally agree with all the comments above from Lolly, Truescorpio and Sudsy, Camming is a personal thing, it has many good points, it does unfortunately have some downsides that the suggestions of seperate rooms for sexual content cams would cure.
Often in the chatroom it is difficult to get a conversation going with people because the text is moving quickly, that wouldn't be a bad thing if most of it wasn't pretty irelevant stuff, a lady takes off her top on cam and there with be 20 comments to say wow or words to that effect, a lady sits there wearing very little and so many comments in the chatroom are to say how wonderfull she looks, great, I am sure she does look wonderfull, but it does make it harder to get conversations going in the chatroom, a seperate room for cams with a sexual content would be good for the site.
I come to the chatroom to make friends with a view to meeting up, I have tried to find couples and single males but for me personality is important and I need the chatroom to see this, Truescorpio you know this first hand as I was not interested in you when you first contacted me but have since seen your personality in the chatroom and would be happy to meet.
So great have sex on cam, wank on cam, do what you want on cam but let's get admin to open a room were all that goes on and those of us who like to see a pretty smile of a cheeky grin on cam can do so in our own way, perhaps it is us that need a new room with no sexual contents cams allowed.

Many different people join this site and for a variety of reasons. If people enjoy having a wank on cam then who are we to judge them?! If you do not like what someone is showing on cam then just don't watch.
However I agree with Lolly, being begged to watch someone is bloody annoying!
Does this mean we are removing the trophies awarded daily for chatroom 'Pool' Wankathons?? What do we do with the points awarded for style and efficent use of hands??...

xxx We get that too lolly and I agree whole heartedly with the previous comments that if you dont like dont look. It is annoying being asked to watch or begged as people dont understand that you cannot watch as your protecting innocents or maybe you simply dont want to watch! No means no rule 1 and saying no is difficult in a swinging climate a NO should be respected as much as YES.
That said, i do NOT agree with a room separate for sexual content. Its an adult site and as such its up to everyone to behave as adults. Something i know rarely happends but the principle is the same. A Wonderful Idea however it would never work in my own humble opinion.
I think if admin make a room specifically for any activity they would be taking away the liberty of the site and that would be the beggining of the end.
If i wished to *wank* on cam i'd not do it in sp i'd go to nsm however there have been moments of exhiliaration that have come to light and hey ho what happened happened.

i have to say that i do not watch 'wank cam' as a rule and am fairly unlikely to watch couples or groups playing too. it can be a little offputting when you click through the cams to see what is going on to be greeted by genitals in their full glory (or not! ;)) but i would not advocate a separate room (even though i see that it is very much a valid suggestion).
If you have minors in the room then cams that you know to be safe are the only ones i feel you should be clicking on, for child protection issues as much as anything.
As a regular i have fairly quickly worked out which cams to not even bother to check out and i am sure that i am not alone.
Who would we be trying to protect by separating out the sexually orientated cams from those who tend to just show face etc.? If someone does not have the intelligence to work out that a swinging site will have content of a sexual nature then they are not safe to be on here- for their own protection as much as for the rest of us.
Having said that i also have more for selfish reasons for holding this view- when i do feel like being slightly naughty ;) then i don't want to have to go off to somewhere else but if i was going to engage in something more explicit than a boob flash (a v v rare event) then i would 'get a room'

I've found that not viewing single male cams does eliminate the :wank:ing views, so it is possible to avoid them entirely.
However it's the men that have a couples icon or pose as females that you have to watch out for; it only takes a quick click on the list to change the person you are viewing so that's not a problem either.
I love to watch the ladies play but not guys - I now take the appropriate action to avoid male masturbation exposure!
