How come 'member of the month' is always a couple???? Surely statisticly that is impossible? lol (Not complaining about the current m.o.m, Chango are gorgeous!)

This month we received 747 nominations - there were a few males but more single females who got votes, but the large majority was couples. With the amount of couples registered compared to females, it seems that the probability favours couples.

OMG! don't you remember the pg tips adverts?? my god! would you like me to draw you up a pie chart or something? Monkeys clearly DO drink tea, it's a fact! it's also a fact that pouring it for them is your favorite pass time!! I think Ur4it may be on to something actually! Not only did 'Admin' eat the pie chart we were so eagerly awaiting but I'm starting to suspect that 'Admin' may have eaten all the M.O.M votes for single males and females also!! The plot thickens! :O

Seriously, should a vote for a couple carry the same weight as a vote for a single? I mean when we vote for a couple, are we voting for the male or the female or both? Equally, if a couple votes, is it the male or the female or both who is voting? Or does each partner vote separately?
