So he DID! Was talking in slang! OK that cat WAS a dOG tho wannt she eh? eh?
I was far too young and innocent for that even to enter my mind at the time!! Now then, where's that halo I lost in the chat room the other night.....?

i worked in rehab for some time and uring the late 80's a flebitten dog and cat arived . it was our friends that had falen on hard times . kiki and hector. thay were forced to fry zaza's legs in a rather yumy litle garlick number just so thay couls eat. every time i se animal hospital i remember those two with warm afection and wonder what thay are doing now.
Crikey we only saw a mature lady frog in a wheelchair the other day, could it have been zaza?. If so, she clearly has fallen on hard times and bumming for fags and drink!! Perhaps a concerted effort to petition the BBC for Hectors House re-runs will give her a tidy income for her retirement years...xxx
I wish the BBC would re-run some of the ORIGINAL vintage kids programmes most of us know and love. Digitalising Bill & Ben and Andy Pandy (and broadcasting in colour) doesn't quite have the same effect, does it? Better to see the non-politically correct programmes as they were originally enjoyed, innuendos and all!! All together now..... "Andy has two little balls, Looby Loo has none....."
The channel nick jr are swinging, it changes to noggin at They show Bagpuss, The Herbs, Paddington Bear, The Wombles, Portland Bill, The Clangers And loads more! I secretly watch it when charlie's not about!! lol

BTW, I collect vintage Kids TV programmes from the 50s and 60s on VHS and DVD, so if anyone can help locate a decent source, as they're not that easy to find, all help would be appreciated! I lent two of them to a friend in the late '80s - she moved back to Australia and never saw her, or the vids, again! But as luck would have it, the pair of them turned up in a charity shop for £1 each a few years ago. It was so nice to replace them in my collection again!
oh...errrr....you are talking about the vids, aren't you cat? lol
Of course ur4it! The vids, not the Aussie girl (erm, I think that's what you meant, no?) !

Referring to the original posting in this thread, can someone enlighten me. Like Bibi abd Cuteycarly, I seem to be missing something. As for comments about Andy Pandy and Looby Lou, that is nothing compared to Noddy and Big Ears. Mind u, that Windy Miller of Cemberwick Green (or was it Trumpton or Chigley) always was a swinger - swinging round that windmill. Just a pity it has taken commercials to "out" him. To think he came across as celibate when we wos kids but is was sowing his oats all along. Bad man he is!!! PMSL
