Went to Wisley 1am on a Saturday a few weeks ago, car park of Ockham Bites cafe, and the next along that road had about 6 to 10 cars in each. Disapointing thing was that it was all guys, and they were all waiting for a couple to turn up, so no action going on. Gave it up as a bad job after about 20 minutes. You might get lucky and pick a better night.
