I am a very passionate person, with a strong love for both adventure and excitement, as well as a sensuous appreciation for the finer things in life. One of my main passions is travelling - I like nothing more than to explore a rocky beach in the late afternoon when the tide is going out, pick up odd little sea creatures, smell the ocean as the moon is coming up. Then clean up and enjoy a long, sensuous dinner high above the crashing waves. Or to explore foreign cities by day, poking in and out of little shops, trying strange and scary new delicacies. Then go back to the hotel, rest up, cuddle up, dress up then hit the town for some fun and laughs. I also take much pleasure from creating dinners for an intimate group of friends. I love the smell of a juicy ribeye steak as it sizzles in the pan, before coupling it with a delicious creamy peppercorn sauce. And I love to watch the satisfaction on the faces of my guests as they savour the lingering taste...coupled with a fine Shiraz, it can feel sooooo relaxing!
