Hi

A little about myself, I'm a youngish guy (36) based down in the Brighton area although lucky enough to travel from time to time with work. I would like to think that am medium build having recently lost a few of these extra pounds, the challenge is to keep it off now.

In my spare time I like to try and play squash once a week, as I really struggle to get motivated to go down the gym. I also like to spend time enjoying the swinging scene and try to go to a club or sauna 1-2 times a month.

Even though I enjoy the swinging scene I personality is quite quiet and even a little shy however still keen to meet new people and enjoy new experiences.
