this is a very oldfashioned view of things - it seems to me. Not that warnings are superfluous at any time. But: Reality is very sad. It is depressing and empty. Our lives are basically void of exciting events. SO: IF there is any odd way of getting any kind of suspense and thrill - forget these rules. Made by boring people for boring the rest of the non-boring people. Life is a risk at any time. There is no way to put a nice face to it. Life is a risk and at the end there is a real end. I am far from teaching - but if there is so much taught and hidden under remnants of humour, then face the truth. Life is a zero-point-game. You make a zero point bore out of it.
