Andy - at least you're getting interest! That's a definite plus point, so don't complain! 
There's no trend at all for who shows an interest, as far as I've discovered. Interest can come from a long way away, and it's entirely up to you whether you feel inclined to travel long distances to get meets.
Photo etiquette - that's a little harder. Most ladies and couples will probably say that they prefer face and body shots instead of "cock shots". (Some have protested in other, similar forum threads, though, that they LOVE cock shots! You pays your money, you takes your choice). On balance, I think you'll get more response out of some good quality face and body shots. Keep the intimate ones for your private gallery. (Unless you're hung like a horse, of course, in which case you might be well-advised to advertise prominently! :giggle: )
BTW - site rules say that you're not supposed to post "action shot" photos that feature other people, unless their faces are obscured. There are profiles out there that manage to get away with this, but you do run the risk of the pics being removed by Admin.
