That's a really difficult question..... there could be a million reasons why you're not getting much luck in chat. There are times when we go in there and we're chatting all the time, but others it can be really quiet.
The only advice we can give is very general: be nice, friendly and polite and you'll get on fine. You just need to get known in there, which doesn't take long if you say hi to people regularly.

First of all, if you go in the chatroom and say nothing, no-one will try to talk to you.
People need to know you a little, so you have to make the first move. Join in with the conversation if there is any, or start one of your own. It can be about anything, even the weather if you can't think of anything else!
Saying something funny will get you noticed, but don't sit there just posting loads of random jokes as that sometimes gets a bit annoying (unless they're very funny).
Secondly, don't try to whisper to people you like the look of without asking their permission first. Also, don't whisper when you could simply have said the same thing out loud in the room.
For example, we constantly have to wonder why people insist on whispering things like "Hi" and "You look great" when they might as well have said them out loud. It gets very annoying, especially for the single females who might have ten blokes all whispering "Hi" and "Love your pics" etc etc, all at once. This is a swingers site, so there's no need to be shy or secretive about the fact that you like someone or want to chat them up!
Thirdly, don't just try and talk to the women. Start a conversation with other guys and the women will join in. If you start chatting, doesn't matter who to, then people will get to know your personality and that is how you will be successful. If you don't, no-one will get to know you and therefore they won't be interested in meeting you.
