Hi am new and a bit nervous, I am sure that's only normal human behaviour trying new things. But what I would like some advice on is writing your profile. It is your window on the world, But has to be one of the more daunting challenges one must do. I have made a start, more like a work in progress. So any suggestion welcome or comments.... I am sure that I am not alone and some good advice would be welcome to all. We all must have been there at one time or search members function would be empty. Many Thanks smile
Hi Mkone, Tricky to know exactly how to respond to this since profiles are such personal things. Best advice I can offer is to be honest above all else. You don't need to go to confessional and give everyone a critique of all your bad points, but it's good advice to NOT exaggerate what might be regarded as good points. Keep it accurate! You'll only get found out at some point, so pretending you've got a 10" cock when you haven't is really a bit pointless. Other than that, try to be witty (people love a sense of humour). If you come across as arrogant ("I've managed to put a huge smile on over 100 womens' faces so far ...") you'll turn people off, almost guaranteed. State your preferences clearly - singles only? Groups only? Bi- or straight? Be polite at the same time, but if you have strong boundaries do make sure they are unambiguous - this saves wasted time for you and other people. Include some photos if you can - many people won't consider profiles without photos. However, if you're not confident enough to do this, or worried about who might see them, then consider going on cam in the chatroom. Don't underestimate the visual element in choosing potential meets - people like to see who they might be meeting. The cam and chatroom is probably the best way to get to meet and know people, and doing so with a webcam is even better. (I've put some chatroom tips for newbies in another post) Good luck!
HI thanks for your advise and taking the time to reply here and emails. have fun and fun doing it. smile
