NOTTINGHAM 05th SEPT FINAL UPDATE

Hi all, ok here goes the format for the evening is as follows, meet in hotel bar between 7-8pm drinks, chat, meet and greet etc etc. We then intend to move onto the Night club which is approx 2 minutes walk at around where we have a partitioned area (own bar etc) until approx midnight, then this part of the club will open to all, we expect most of you will start disappearing for fun back at the hotel by then ....... (dirty fookers). The club as informed me that men can wear smart jeans. Tonight I will be E mailing everyone who has given their E Mail address to us for final confirmation of attendance, Hopefully by latest thursday evening we will have a complete updated list of who's actually coming and who's NOT. This final list will be published on this thread Friday morning IF YOU DONT GET AN E MAIL then please contact us ASAP as we need to confirm numbers to the club or alternatively add yourself to this thread if you are a definite save us some time on the e mailing !!. we are hoping this will be a great night and looking forward to meeting old friends and plenty of new ones see you all there Kat n Del xxx P.S IF YA TEXT TO REPLY THEN PUT YA FULL SITE NAME GGGGGRRR

Just want to say guys that we wish we could be there with you - would be nice catching up with old friends - but we fly to Portugal on Sunday so it's not possible this time for us. Katndel - from what we've read, you guys should be credited and thanked by everyone attending for a great job in organising what looks like a great social! We know from doing the Leeds meet how time consuming it can be!! Have a great time everyone and we'll see you all at the next big one! P&H
