I have just called the hotel and they have 10 rooms still available. So if u have not booked yet HURRY UP. They are also more expensive now than they were originally.
I will mail folk in about a week with final details, I reckon I am quite clever ( if not modest ) to have sorted out a venue from over 100 miles away, and appartantly its good there too.

OK I need help !!! Would folks prefer exclusive use of a suite ( as they call it ) in a bar/niteclub/whatever or just a pub.
Due to our numbers being up to over 70 i am feeling the room is the better option BUT !!!! Sorry we would need to pay for that and it would cost £3 per head, which I am not happy about really.
Anyhow replies here please asap so I can confirm with the venue.
