We're working on getting the best rate we can by agreeing a group booking rate with a hotel so will be making details available of which hotel to book at by this Monday evening.
The best rate we can find looks to be around £40-50 for the night so if you are DEFINITELY wanting to book a room for the night of Saturday 7th Feb, please email us through SP with the email header "Meet Confirmation" and we will send you all the booking information for you to get your room organised.
There are now 61 different people/couples who have expressed an interest from the thread but we know from experience that not everyone will be able to make it or be able to afford the trip so we're going to make a provisional block booking of 35 rooms and then agree with the hotel to increase if demand is needed.
