can"t believer i missed last year but i won"t be missing this year:bounce: Not sure if there is an official plan of action in place yet about saturday early evening but a lot of people are starting to ask what is happening on Saturday night:-
Option 1 - everyone to start meeting in the hotel bar for drinks at around and then to order a number of taxis to get everyone to the venue as a group (taxi fare should be £5-£10 max depending on traffic (and snow!).
Option 2 - everyone can make their own way to the venue from onwards (details of which have been mailed to all those who have requested them from us and PLEASE... nobody post any of these details in the threads!!!)
Option 3 - everyone gets well and truly sexed out during the afternoon in each others rooms and then all head into town early on and meet at the venue later on.
Not asking everyone to mail us to say what they are doing but if anyone has any other suggestions... please feel free to say!!

Sorry to be bossy ( u know its not like me lol)
BUT.... there has never been a problem with folk all meeting in hotel bar b4 for drinks then heading off as a group to venue. Makes it easier to keep track of folk and to ensure we dont have gatecrashers as numbers are high.
Also as money has to be collected it would be a nightmare to do this in the club.
Most folk are staying at the hotel and duie to weather bring crap will be arrriving at different times. Just makes more sense to me to not get complicated and meet in bar in early evening, or mid afternoon if u get there earlier.
So I suggest meeting there anytime from mid afternoon on, makes it simple, also for folk who have not been to a social b4 makes it less scary.
Obviously its up to individuals to decide what to do but I think this is the best option, well I would eh lol. Feel free to argue with me but I have pointy heels on my boots and a big whip grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr lol
