Hmmm....I've already booked a twin. Are all the rooms close to each other? When I booked the person I spoke to said that all they had left were twin non-smoking rooms. The impression I got is that they're fitting us in where they can...but that's just my impression.
Fair enough...like i said before I've no experience of this sort of thing (not that much experience of hotels come to think of it lol).
Something else I was wondering is whether the venue have said if there's a dress code?
They havent said, but prob will be, smart casual, the same as any pub really on a sat night, no Trainers or Jeans. xxx

Are peeps doing the 4th as well then? I was considering booking the 4th and going to the Cockpit, but if there's something else going on...
most people are going on the 4th also Tank, ww normally do this as a chillout kind of night, have diner drinks back at the bar, or in one of the rooms, see how things go. I do have to pop to the venue for the sat night on the friday, but thats nothing, thinking of doing that during day fri.
There is nothing mind you stopping others going out on the Fri night, im just as happy with a meal and a drink, but go with the flow Tank, and see whats happening. xxx

Guys im going to call hotel tomorrow to see what deal i can get. Im not bowing out of this, i will still be organising it. after seeing the amount of peeps who wish to go. I will be doing my upmost to get it sorted out. also seeing as its my birthday end of Jan and Mr Meli's middle of Feb, seems like it will be the ideal excuse to PARTY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
