Its crap that you cant get a room booked in the hotel, I do hope that something can get sorted for you. As the meet on the sat night is at a venue is there no way you coulg get booked into maybe a hotel that is nearby so that you can make it. I know its not poss the best solution, but it will be a shame for you to miss out. Hope you get sorted with something. Miss Ccrider xxx

There are loads of hotels within a 5/10 minute taxi ride of the venue, if you look on Active-hotels or Direct-hotels iam sure you will find some. Wendynsampson xx
