Out of the 40+ peeps coming, there are 25 of us staying at the Travelodge, so I will be booking the cabs recommended by the club to collect us from the hotel at (meet in hotel lobby) and to return us to the hotel at when the club closes. A few of us will be in the pub next door to the hotel from about if you fancy a bite to eat.

Please remember your ID, of which one must be photographic for each person. Please also fill out the membership form I've sent you beforehand, to avoid any long queues at reception when you arrive. I will also bring a supply of these with me.

Those coming along will have had their final mails now, but here are a few reminders to ensure all runs smoothly.

The guest list has now gone to the club, any amendments to this can still be made, but anyone NOT on the guest list will have to pay the £50 membership fee to the club as well as the entrance fee, so if you are planning on coming along, let me know straight away, so I can pop you on the list even if your not sure whether you can definitely make it.

The dress code for the club is smart/casual. That means, no [b]jeans[/b] and no [b]trainers[/b]. Gina from the club says anyone wearing them will be asked to take them off at reception.
