Hi and welcome to the site. If you look in the 'new and nervous' section, at the top is a thread called 'chatroom tips for newbies', there is a lot a good advice and info. Also if your in the chatroom many people will help you with any questions. You might notice some people have a yellow star next to there name, these are site moderators (mods). These will help you with anything, wheather its a question or a problem. Hope this has help you.
