Laptop I have spoken to some people at work and they tell me that the way to fix your problem is: Go to the Sony Vaio website Search for the download centre (drivers) Download them to the laptop If the driver issue means that it's not possible to use the laptop to download the most up-to-date drivers, you will need to download the drivers to another PC, then transfer the drivers via a memory stick to the laptop. Next, the 3 month trial.....
