Easter sunday in Edinburgh

Can anyone recomend a good place to go on easter sunday (this Sunday) in Edinburgh where my wife can be chatted up and touched up. We are going for a meal and are looking for somewhere to go afterwards. She always responds to complements, flirting and being chatted up. I would like her to think it was spontaneous this time. (boost her ego and get her going) We have had a few fantastic swinging experiences so we are looking for anything new and exciting or simply a chance to have fun.
