[I]definatly infact i asked my hubby to undergo the procedure a couple of years ago it hurt but it was worth it its like a lollypop now instead of a vacuum hose lol. :P

I was circumcised at the age of 30; not by choice, but because my foreskin was too tight around the glans penis. This was a problem I had suffered all my life prior to this. Circumcision was a good thing for me; however, I do miss the foreskin when it comes to masturbation or foreplay, as when lubed, it was a nice feeling just to pull the skin back over the glans while masturbating. So, it has its advantages, but also its disadvantages.

I have had no complaints from my partners who have enjoyed both circumcised and not I am not circumcised but I can sympathise with a tight foreskin around the glans. It is a bugger. Mind you, I was fortunate enough to enjoy a really hard bang with my partner and in the process that part of the foreskin that is attached to the glans ripped away. yes it was bloody sore but I havent looked back since. When I think back to that night, the poor girl was mortified - she thought her period had started when I withdraw and there was blood from my "injury".

My tool used to be fine. The foreskin retracted ok over the glans but then I started to notice it was getting tight (I think they call it phimosis). It became a bit of a struggle but I found I could come ok without heaving it back. It began tearing slightly and my GP told me it would continue to do so and, when it healed, would pull the skin tighter still. He was dead right. It did over months and I wasn't able to retract it anymore so went about getting a circumcision. Top and bottom: I bottled it. Saw the specialist, booked in for the op overnight and then just walked out as I changed my mind. No-one else's fault but I'd been told I'd have six to eight weeks of pain. It works ok and no bird has ever complained so I cope. It doesn't really hurt. Your choice to be cut or not (depending how old you are/were!).

Hope this reassures you - the recovery from adult circumcision isn't that long. I was off work for 2 weeks, and the stitches dissolved within a week and a half. Yes, my biggest worry was falling asleep and waking up with a hard-on (as we men do), but as long as the dressing is changed regularly and covers everything, the recovery process should go without a problem. It's just 2 weeks of discomfort; not really much to ask for long-lasting pleasure for the rest of your sex life!
