We are rather new to this site (and scene) and am amazed by the huge amount of time wasters and (what we believe) fake profiles...
I guess the best way is to get the ladies to talk on the phone first... but we are a bit wary of giving out our number (we actually bought a second mobile to do this but we ended up getting hassled (and test messages all through the night)on that too).
Any ideas on how to get around this?
Two bits of advice I can think of are:
1. First exchange Emails for a week or two, then maybe exchange pics to authenticate the female, or at least the female part of the couple.
2. Come and chat in the video chat room. Here, you'll get to meet people like yourself looking for the same thing. Likewise, it's probably best to be looking for couples/females with their cam swithced on, in order to authenticate the genuiness of potential meets.
Whatever you do, I don't think you should go down the route of phone numbers until both parties feel confident.

Having a second phone is probably a good idea, and the best piece of advice there is, if you don't want to be hassled with calls and texts in the middle of the night.....switch it off!!!

cat i dont think there would be much point in sending pictures of the women or anything because that will defeat the whole object of not knowing wheather someone is genuine or not.
i dont really have any other suggestions tho apart from never arrange to meet anyone you havent previously seen on cam all parites involved at least a few different times and maybe just meet already established members if still unsure, hey u could get recommendations lol, but seriously just be on guard it wouldnt take a genius to work out if someone is genuine or not there will be a multitude of things that add up to warn you, no cam, crap profile, no pictures, or pics of models with the magazine page number still in the bottom corner lol just be wary u will learn to sift out the good from the bad, ive only been here a short while and i think its pretty easy to tell, dont worry bout the idiots just concentrate on yourselves and above all have a good time.
