It's been said on a profile I read recently that "single males are ten a penny......so no thanks".
Think about the line again. The true meaning of this sentence, and what I believe it really means, is "single males who give the rest a bad name are ten a penny". Of late, I am more of the belief that the number of single males who either pose as a couple or females, or are on the site just to cause trouble are, sadly, on the increase. It's no wonder us single males have such a stigma attached to us, when you consider just how many of them are out there who have no other interest, other than to ruin things for us, or seek sexual satisfaction through lies and facade.
I thank God from the bottom of my heart that I have a lot of friends here, and in chat (far too many to mention on this post!). People know me for the person I am, and take me as I am. But I'm not alone; there are a rare few of us out there! Take for example fun4u2me2, marcgold, matt21, chief, topbanana, captainnewbie.....and apologies to those who I forgot to mention - you and I know just who you are! These are all great guys who are excellent to get on with, all of whom I have struck up an excellent chat friendship with, and I admire them as mates, and also for helping retain our good profile. They are all shining examples of single male members (please excuse the expression!), and it's just a damn shame that there aren't more of them around.
However, what I'm really trying to say is, it's the jerks we have to watch out for, and take action against where possible or necessary. I, for one, do not suffer fools lightly, and will not hesitate to take action where possible, if only to preserve what's left of our good name.
A nice person I may be, but I love a good fight......only when it's to defend my cause though, I must stress!

Here Here Cat and thank you for the kind words As you well know I too am out there to fight the cause, in keeping the idiots at bay, but alas we do seem to be fighting a loosing battle at the moment :cry: Still thanks to the mods specially Cop and the others of course we can at least rest assured they will respond very quickly to get the crap out off here. Well said Cat, you are like myself and others very genuine and honest and shame that certain males have given us genuine guys a bad name but as u i have built lots of friends and respect from many on here.
We will route out the bad pennies in here and make this site how it used to be more fun, more laughs and more people wanting to meet singles aganin and couples.
Keep up the fight cat u always have me fighting with u.

Well cmandcd, Tribblemaster mentions the bad penny. I am guessing that to make a bad penny we need ten below average single males. Now as we all know it only takes one bad apple to spoil the barrel, and an apple is about 20p or so, and I reckon you can get a good couple of hundred apples in a barrel, so......
.....I've no idea where I'm going with this btw.

I flatter myself in being able to spot a fake profile from a 1000 yards now ..... but its amazing the amount of peeps who get all giddy over them ...... and quelle surprise ..... its usually single guys getting giddy over single guys posting fake profiles etc !! lol xxxxx
This room pretty much rely's on its genuine members to keep others informed and i find it works well in the main .... but the verification process is even being abused a tad too ..... it should only be used when peeps have actually met each other etc ..... not just seeing peeps on cam , chatting etc, but i think most peeps on here know who is genuine or not.
There is ALWAYS going to be those sad feckers who have nothing better to do with their time and being socially inept so therefore want to spoil it for the genuine peeps.
Another quick point want to make is the following too. I respect anyone for their choices and i can hardly blame cpls for not wanting to see most single guys .... as most single guys are dicks .... but we aren't all. I would never bother a cpl who don't want to see single guys, as genuine swingers are NEVER pushy peeps, but i do object like Cat does to being tarred with the same brush as most of the mongs !!! hahaha
Well at the end of the day i like to think genuine peeps can spot other genuine guys and its the only reason i have met as many lovely peeps as i have thro this site. We are never going to get rid of the single guy stigma and i am not going to beat it to death ....... only do my best to redress it single handedly !!!! pmsl xxxxxxxxxxxx
