hi gang we understand that a couple of peeps have stopped smoking recently,i stopped 24 weeks and 3 days ago (not counting really) just wanted to say keep it up it is hard but worth it in the end and good look to those conserned because it is hard no doubt about that ..... :clap:

WELL DONE PEEPS! I know its like cold turkey but you will feel better for it - Been there done that.
My reason for stopping was that I was in Oz last year for 4 weeks,#. Thought of tossing a match careslessly and wiping out Skippy (the Bush Kangaroo for all you "young ones") and his mates (like the cuddly cute and stonded Koalas) was enough for me. I mean those Aussie cops do have big truncheons and even Cara was fearful!
Seriously though, it was in preparation for Scotland being "smoke free". Can now enjoy a night out withoug smelling like a stagnant ashtray!
To friends and peeps who still smoke, I please don't throw me out now (its cold enough in Glasgow for sure). I am neither anti or pro smoking now - I am about healthy me this year.
Now, where are those anti-cholesterol pills......and the anti-depressents!
