Hi all & admin! Still having problems with the search engine.... I always put in a search for premium paid people when searching and yet I ALWAYS get free membership people in the search results. I'm not a computer geek, but I wonder if there's something in the programme which automatically gives out freebies when there aren't many premium people on the search? This can get a bit frustrating at times! Is there anything which can be done about it? On another point, is there any way of deleting those memberships which have lain dormant for a long period - say 6 months? Surely if they haven't used it in 6 months an automatic email could be sent which requires a response? I know it would have a detrimental impact on the membership figures, but it would make life a lot more pleasant for those of us actively looking for friends without having to wade through long inactive profiles! Sorry to go on for so long..... I'll get off my hobby horse for a while and let someone else have a go! J xxx lol

On a similar vein, Is would be useful to search for members who have active with say the last month as I'm sure that there a lots of dead account on the system. This cannot be too difficult as there is already counter on the indiviual profiles. Jon

Hi there, Thanks for bringing the search problem to our attention, we wern't aware of this and will fix it ASAP. Regarding the active/inactive accounts - the search results are orderd by most active, so you will always get the most active members at the top of the list, removing older accounts is not something we want to do at this point, we always hope a member will return one day in the future!
