Seeing as I'm an englishman living in wales i seem to be the only person here that isnt getting drunk and watching the rugby and i can't complain to anyone or i'll get thumped so thought i'd make my point here instead. rant over.
Oi batt, rugby rules, just cause you LOST! YEAHH!!! WALES!!! WALES!! haha XD
well it appears that you lot think the best aspect of rugby is the fit men with bums and muscles, so if I didn't hate it before I most certainly do now! howcome women don't have a sport that men can ogle over?
Matt - I feel your pain brother - I'm another Englishman in Wales and know exactly how you feel - but give the Taffs a break, Rugby's all they got and apart from a couple of good years recently they've been shite for yonks (ducks) In answer to your question how about Beach volleyball and tennis?

Made the mistake of agreeing to play rugby for a team when i was in my twenties,i'm six foot and thought i could handle myself...wrong those boys were beasts i had bruises on top of my bruises, one game was enough and i went into early retirement, played football instead alot more genteel.
Spoken like a true colonialist tee .... you know where the bridge is I presume? and it's free to get back smile and never mind ducking your history sunshine :giggle:
Busted Serens! :-o Truth is I love it here in Wales - especially the valleys - ESPECIALLY your valleys to be precise :inlove:
btw Serens - I reckon they should charge to leave wales via the bridge - they'd get double the money that way bolt and Puss - scotland ARE rubbish (beating England last year notwithstannding :-o ) but their supporters are brilliant and everyone loves an underdog, me included. As my scottish mate says = the worst thing about wales is you've got to go through bloody england to get there
Is that where you keep your brain?bolt:giggle:
Brain?
well who would want to be called jones in wales since saturday one missed kick lose by tow pointe & its the difference between !st & $th place or in monetary terms costing welsh rugby in excess of a million pounds> must admit were it me would have gone on immediate holiday
The kick was on target just a fraction out of Stephen Jones's range .... cest la vie!
But it was a fraction that counted, perhaps they used the wrong kicker but, when it all comes down to it the better team did win,you generally dont win games without scoring tries. It was a good match & held the interest right up until the final whistle ---- unlike the England Scotland game which lulled one off to sleep
Being welsh and having rugby playing sons, I have an interest in the game and have picked a lot up from my boys and mr serens. Possibly Henson could have kicked but hey ... we'll lend the grand slam to the Irish for a season lol ... you are right though, the margin between winning and losing is very small, we could and should have beaten south africa in the autumn but we didn't, we were the only home side to beat a southern hemisphere nation though. Anyway it's done and dusted and the Irish guys will enjoy it as we have done before ... now for the lions lol
