I'm being serious though, any remedies? think its from using my mouse too much? honest
Sit on it until it's numb! Then it'll feel like someone else!
um, are you saying what I think your saying?
I may have to move onto my left hand, any suggestions? x
Try using the right hand??
My right hand is the one with the RSI?
Ok. Serious stuff now. Having worked in IT for umpteen years and having suffereed from RSI as you mention, there are several things to look for, some not so obvious. Firstly, your desk should be at the same height as the base of your elbow when sitting at the desk. Not easily achieved, but it's something to think about. Although it does not sound related, do you look straight at your monitor, correct, or do you look down or up at it, incorrect. Easily rectified if you look down at it! The RSI can manifest itself in your elbow and/or shoulder if you reach up or down to handle the mouse. Try and get your chair/desk so that from elbow to mouse is a straight line. Try a gel filled wrist rest. You might want to rest your right wrist for a few weeks and swap sides. The mouse buttons can be swapped round in control panel/ mouse so you can use it left handed. Another option is to try a mouseball for a while. This is a non moving mouse that has a kind of tracker ball for moving the pointer around. This alleviates the wrist movement. Hope something of the above helps to resolve your problem. Take care and have fun D

So rude, I rock so much more. x
The sensible answer (or as close as I get to being sensible) is to make sure you're not sitting with the mouse too far away so it can be used with the wrist straight. Make sure your forearm is supported on the desk - and don't grip it too tightly. Personally though, I can't see anything wrong with using your left hand, I do it all the time
best way is to get some 1 to move mouse for you
Personally I can't help but grip it tightly. Oh! You mean the mouse?
