Sorry peeps not the norm i know, but i`m getting fed up of Chicken. What i want to know,is what all you peeps, out there do for evening meals.I`m getting bored with chicken,so come on peeps give me ideas for a meat meal(not take aways and not the dangly bit between legs)although it can be xx
Deb\'s if you bored of Chicken try Quorn. You use it exactly the same but its healthier xx or salad, you know how i love my salads xxxx
I\'m a big pasta fan but Jeanne\'s not too keen on it. A nice simple Spag Bol or Macaroni Cheese. You don\'t have to make your own sauces, get packet sourses from the supermarket. Then there\'s sausage and mash, sausage and pasta, quiche and chips. Birds Eye individual chicken or steak pies are nice. Carl
 Got to be a nice piece of pork slow roasted of course so it falls off the bone served with loads of roasties of course mmmmmmm yummy
i dont eat meat unless it has a pulse and a bloody supply still attached(and even then its more a gentle suck not a bite). I would have to go for a nice pasta dish with roasted veggies, and i have a big thing for sweetcorn so whatever i eat have to that too.

My fault for having such a big one I guess :lick: Carl

Admin you are always hungry. Pasta and bol sauce Pork chops Lamb chops Grilled checken with herbs Baked fish Baked potato and filling Casserole Pie and veg Fish and chip
Mmmm baked potato & cheese - lots better if you are happy to wait for it to be cooked in the oven. Pasta n Sauce - really good for a quick dinner (sorry love it especially Broccoli and cheese) Scrambled eggs on toast - another quick dinner Meat wise: Chilli con Carne, pork chops, and being of Scottish descent - Stovies
Looks like Sarah got in there just before me with a few ideas  But you may want to be more generous with the chips with your fish :haha:
Girls please i was asking for ideas for my evening meal...
Ahem Debbie. I wasn\'t the last time I checked :-o
dont we all debbs, and guess it can help with a diet, but does anyone actually know how calories there is cum
Well I\'m not saying anything but count me in :lick: Carl
OK Debbie - a recipe for you. This is one of my favourites, and it\'s dead easy. \"Pork in 3 Mustards\" (Serves 2) 1 x Pork tenderloin fillet 1 onion 250g mushrooms (chestnut are ideal) English mustard powder Dijon mustard Grain mustard Glass of dry white wine 250ml tub of creme fraiche Olive oil Cut the pork into really thin strips, about 2cm long. Cut the onion into thin slices. Slice the mushrooms thinly vertically (i.e. down through the stalk). Mix a teaspoon of each of the mustards into the creme craiche. Get a frying pan really hot, and add a little olive oil. Add the strips of pork, and stir fry them quickly until they\'re just coloured all over (keep them moving or else they\'ll burn). Remove the pork to a separate plate for now. Add the onions to the pan (and a little more oil if necessary), and reduce the heat slightly. Keep stirring them until they\'re nice and soft. Add the mushrooms, and stir these until the juices just start to run out of them, then return the pork to the pan too. Tip in the glass of dry white wine, and let it bubble and reduce until about half of it has evaporated, then add the creme fraiche/mustard mixture. Heat this through, season with a little salt and pepper, and serve with rice. I love this with broccoli too. Hope you like it ! Suds
Girls thank you for your input,Sarah and Sue. CC just for your enquiry theres no calories in it,its mainly dont think you can live on it.
