Cooking with duck eggs....
Just discovered how nice these are over the past week. Much the same as chicken eggs, but with twice as much yolk, and twice as much flavour.
Push the boat out one morning, and treat yourself to 2 fried or poached duck eggs on toast, with a side serving of smoked salmon. Delish!

Well Dee and Ian, they are gorgeous with dippy eggs (dippy solders? Try the TAs!), but better with smoked salmon!
