Well in our opinion it just dont happen as it should after handing over the cash!!

We joined this site some time back now and to be honest we thought it to be the best around and we still do, some absofuckinglutley cool ppl in here, to name a few:- fife, warwick, fun4u2me2, redwhiteandblue, booby69, jelandn, evilclown, swingin_cat, tribblemaster, copp, puss, tamworth, cmandcd and the list goes on and on.
Have read the threads and chatted to peeps and more and more are leaving, and a lot of the genuine members are so it seems, there must be some way to sort this out ie don't have free members that just want to perv and pic collect (get rid of that frigging right click) and put a free tour page on and if they like what they see then fantastic...get ur money out and use the site, still doesn't stop the formentioned alltogether but sure will cut it down.
So many ppl get grief of the tossers that come in and abuse the nice ppl and yes you can report it and the user name gets removed, but there IP address isn't so for the sake of a few quid they just sign up under a different user name and start all over again.....believe me it happened to me dee and slider along with a few others......we copy and pasted the chat from the room to admin and he was removed, within a few days ooo gorrrr blimey he back with a different user name. That tells a story in it's self. Like how some twits just get off on abuse and disrespecting others either from chat in the room or via email

Well Ian I agree with what you said and I know it is not the real answer but perhaps admin can use computer id. To control it I know before others say you can get over that one but not everybody is bill gates many don't know their way round a computer other than what they do form day to day so that is one way to help. Another of course is for as many of us as possible to keep an eye on the chat and also free members, and keep reporting them. Just had a thought also the part post code could be a give away.

why not make it a condition of free membership that credit/debit or bank details must be given at sign up stage (say its for verification purposes if you must).
this way, if anyone is removed for abuse, they cant join up again (either free or paid) with that card/bank number.
problem is that we cannot block on a user id basis - they just sign up again.
and we cannot block on IP number because IP number changes everytime on dial up and there are some anti-hacker/anti-spammer kits that give out false IP numbers.
only constant is the credit/debit card number or bank account number. granted, some people might have more than one card (lucky sods!) but does the average ned/abuser have more than one? even if they do, they will soon get the message. might even send them running!

just make it a pay only site, give the admins the power to exclude individuals (with an appropriate appeal system for any potential errors) and let 'em waste their money!
