!!help

guys need some help, been having trouble trying to get on the video chat room correctly and the help page seems to be off line to us, when we join the video chat we can see all the names down the right hand side and can even view your web cams when you have them switched on, but cannot see any text that is being written at all, Kind of gutted as we are new to visiting the site on a regular basis to get to know you guys and having this road block in our way sad

any help/ advice would be very welcome indeed either here or by mail thanks in advance Karl n Tracy

Sounds like you need to update your Flash Player. Either copy and paste the following address into your browser or google "flash player" - the link should be the top result. :thumbup:

already have flash player installed. reinstalled it again just incase but no joy,

Your description matches the exact one of a user that is using an older version of Flash. Not only would the main chat text be missing, the labels on the buttons would also be unavailable.
