Well, it requires some work...
To start with, you have four men giving her a DVDA, then one fucking her boobs, two in her mouth (I think that's about the maximum practical) and one in each hand.
You'll need a lot of men who don't mind rubbing up against other men, and the poor girl's going to get a hell of a stretching, but it is technically feasible ;)
