girls ; if you have not yet seen 'sex in the city' the film, then i strongly recommend you take some of your girl friends and go watch it. it strengthens and reminds you why we have each other.... a top film. and i love a good film. has anyone seen any others that they would recommend; whether at cinema or on dvd? and why? question is; sweet or salty popcorn...

[color="yellow"]The Shawshank Redemption[/color]: Brilliant story, well told, fab acting, very emotional and an amazing ending. [color="yellow"]12 Angry Men[/color]: Old (1957) B&W courtroom drama, filmed mostly in one room, Henry Fonda's best movie. Excellent cast and an absorbing story. [color="yellow"]A Few Good Men[/color]: lol, another courtroom drama. The final scene between Jack Nicholson and Tom Cruise are legendary! I could do this all day....want more?

Last film i saw in the Cinema was Iron Man. I wasn't expecting much, but can honestly say i loved it. Loads of action and plenty of lol moments! As for popcorn... Toffee all the way! I smuggle it in coz the crap in the cinema is exactly that... CRAP! biggrin

My all time fave film is Get Carter. Not the crap Sylvester Stallone remake, but the original version from 1971 featuring Michael Caine.
