Really sorry to hear what you've put up with Capt. That is well out of order. And yes, it is bullying, more akin to a primary school playground. But as Marc says, I'd advise you to copy and paste everything (given that it was in chat), and send an abuse report to admin. They, along with the moderators, will take measures to sorting it out.
