Warming the Bed
If just redone my profile, and would ask anybody who is more experianced in these things than me, to look it over and offer any advice they can give. Please be honest, as if you never make mistakes, you never learn anything.
This is not a cynical attempt to get people to read my profile, but to try and improve.
