If you can get at least one member of Admin there Mo, I will also pledge a sum of money to the NSPCC.
How about this for an idea..............If Admin do go , each person thats there donates say £2 each ???
ooohhh admin.. pressures on you now!!.. c'mon, I went to a social and i came out of it alive... nothing to be scared of heehee!!.. great idea to donate money to charity as well you guys.. err.. can I be so bold as to make a suggestion as to another worthy cause??.. My littlest daughter was born 10 weeks early weighing in at 2lb 10oz.. without the magnificent help and care she recieved at the maternity hsopital she possibly wouldnt have made it and neither would i as I had severe complications... me and chip have been talking about how best to thank them and err.. well I was wondering if I could hijack some of the donations to give something back... I will of course add a substantial donation to match what you guys would be willing to donate.... just dont think it be a good idea to tell the local paper how it happened!! pmsl
BabyD and Chip I'm with you on this one. I can understand you wanting to give something back. When I had my stillborn daughter and almost died giving birth to her I too wanted to give something back to those who cared for me with such dedication. I raised money with a raffle at my 2 kids christening and raised over £200 thus providing the maternity unit with a digital camera for taking photo's of the babies for "memories". I have to say though that this was a personal issue for me (obviously) and I do feel that raising money to help little babies who are fighting for their lives is an excellent choice of charity. O and by the way BabyD and Chip you're little girl is an absolute peach and I love her sooooooooo much mmmmmmmmmmwah
Thanks for the invite, it is very kind of you.
To be honest, myself (Griff) I am not sure yet whether I can make it. I don't want to give any false hope and say that I can at this stage.
I'll get the rest of the guys in the office to chew it over and go from there.
Cash is ready, no problem there.
BUT
I think Admin are playing with you, they won't come!! :lick:

Aww.. What a great idea. My ex girlfriend was diagnosed with brain cancer earlier this year so my choice of charity will be Cancer Research UK. If just one admin can make it to MK2, I'll make a sizable donation (within my means but generous!) to Cancer Research.
So c'mon admin.. No pressure or anything but... Waddya say? :P
Oh Bibi it was just by chance I looked at this, no not too late to book rooms hun they still have 160 left. I'll send you the details later.
