if you go into search and scroll down there is an option to expand advanced search. At that point you can tick the box for username and type in who you want.

i spoke to Steve at Chams about doing a social a few months back and he said it would be cool but no single guys on saturdays- no negotiation on that at all.
the idea a couple of us had was a pub night on the saturday and then chams on the sunday... it is nice and chilled and you can go there from pretty early.

i am not sure what has happened for you with the upload 
Normally we approve pics within 24 hours and generally it is significantly less than that.
There are no photos pending approval
When you upload but are awaiting approval you should be able to see your own photos anyway so it would seem that they have not uploaded at all
One of the reasons that photographs may not up load is that the file is too large in format. If you think that this may be the case then using is a good way of reducing them but there is advice in the photo area
If you are still struggling then let me, another moderator or admin know and we will be happy to try and help.
