1. make sure that you are 100% committed to not having anymore fun in this site.
2. Be completely ready to be bombarded with everyones problems everytime you enter the chatroom.
3. Be aware that you have to address all those problems along with the other mods everyday in your own time.
4. Have a completely open mind to what picture content is uploaded to the site. (remember the pics in the gallery have all been authorised, you should see what doesn't get through)
5. Don't expect any pay.
6. Don't expect any grattitude (there's only a handfull of people that actually respect what the mods do)
7. Be prepared to have hate campaigns formed against you. (they run for years sometimes)
8. The worst bit is the fact that you [b]have[/b] to remain impartial even if it's good friends involved.
9. Join the queue.
On the plus side though you do get an almighty, shiney kick button which kind of over shadows everything else! lol
Only joking Crystal, if you're serious the best thing to do is mail admin and tell them, with the way things are at the moment I wouldn't be suprised if they start recruiting again.
And a couple like you two would get plenty of support.[/color]

This always happens, the site seems to peak and trough all the time. There are only a handful of members left in here from when we joined and personally we think the ones that have left are missing out.
Jo and Ceylon are bang on, most people that leave come back, (we've tried to leave a couple of times but can't stay away! lol) in our opinion there aren't any better sites than this one, and DEFINITELY none as friendly.
Apart from a few you've all been "newbies" to us at some point but we love seeing new faces in the site (fresh meat!! lol) Without exeption the idiots always get filtered out and the core of genuine and friendly members seems to get bigger and better all the time.
We think you would be making a HUGE mistake if you leave, you guys are really popular in here and exactly the kind of people the site needs, It WILL get better, it always does.

Every now and then we're in the mood to go in there and nine times out of ten we get bored or annoyed and leave.

We have had a lot of our time in here for free but that was because we did the whole mod thing so can't really complain!
Admin you need to understand that the the whole paysite system offers some sort of security against chancers and idiots ruining the site for everybody else. All you've done is open the flood gates! I can understand that this is a great idea for all the [size="18"][b]Paying[/b][/size] members that joined before 2005 but now the chatroom will be more like a trip to the zoo!
